Old Anglian Locking Mechanism renewed after customer couldn’t secure the window. AS Locks and Services were called when a customer had a problem with a window that couldn’t be closed and locked. Customer had searched for a same day UPVC window repair in the Bromsgrove area as she had concerns about home security as she was unable to lock the window, also there had been recent burglaries in the area. On inspection of the window it was obvious that the locking mechanism had failed. We had the correct mechanism on the van and the repair was completed within 2 hours.
