Tilt & Turn Window Fault

Customer was unable to open the window due to a tilt and turn window fault. We were contacted by the customer based in Pershore who found us via a Google Search. The customer was unable to open the tilt and turn window with the handle in any position. We managed to open the window using a specialist tool and fitted a new corner drive to the tilt and turn window. The existing corner drive had failed. After the window repair the window now worked as normal.
