Will it take long to fix the locks?

The time it takes to repair or replace a lock will depend on the type of lock and also on the fault experienced. Generally, a repair or replacement Yale lock would take around 20 or 30 minutes with a mortice lock taking nearer 50 minutes. Before we start work we will always give you a quote and let you know how long we think it will take. In most cases we have parts onboard the van however if we need to order parts and make a further visit to your property to complete the repair there will be no further call-out fee incurred.
